The BORG is the Bespoke Organizational Revamp Generator. It’s an expansive, entirely unique and sophisticated tool developed to enable its users to operate teacher supply agencies to Quality Mark standards. Prior to 2008 The BORG has been used by dozens of companies, though the process of customizing up to 400 documents (some close to 70 pages long) has been hitherto a labour-intensive one. Now, with the advent of this site, clients can dispense their own bespoke version of The BORG far more quickly and cheaply than has been previously possible. The price for licensed use by an agency operating from a single site with no more than 7 full-time consultant staff is £1000. For larger agencies and multi-site agencies the price is negotiable. This homepage carries a number of verifiable endorsements from the MDs of agencies that have already bought and utilized The BORG. All of these endorsees have provided links to their company websites, enabling any potential user to identify them and (if necessary) make further enquiries. |
